KNITTED BINDING

Knitted binding

During the knitted surface creation, one has the possibility, e.g. to work tight or wide meshed -  with more or less needles - to build the surface of the tube circumference. Depending on the needle or mesh amount, the scale interval or the fineness result.

Higher needle quantity = more meshes
more meshes = more threads / more thread bows
more thread bows = more expansion / more recoil capability

Higher Quality!

We always use knitted fabrics with high amounts of meshes for our high quality products.

Two-threaded

Yarn is often used two-threaded (parallel - continous) for durable qualities (e.g. double rib) - the meshes are then built from two threads lying next to each other.

Two Threads I Game
= accordingly finer threads
= therefore accordingly better raw materials
= most even rigidly turned
= more yarn and surface strength
= higher durability
= clearly better deformation resistance
= visually nicer / smoother, etc.
