We collect customer reviews in 2 ways:
1. Reviews about our store in general
These are collected via the independent service provider SHOPVOTE. Automatic and manual measures are used to verify ratings (actual purchase transaction is the basis).
All ratings, regardless of whether they are positive, neutral or negative, are published unless they violate the terms of use. We have no way to influence the rating submission and processing.

2. Reviews on individual products
These are written exclusively by customers who have purchased the product in question from us.
Some time after purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to rate the product. The link in the email can be used to rate the purchased underwear, but it is not possible to rate other (non-purchased in our store) items.
All reviews submitted are then automatically published in our shop.
